New in 2024, FSI’s Client Support and Training team has created a Quarterly Branch Insight Series (QBI), 30-minute Zoom sessions tailored for those actively involved in the in-store branches. This series aims to provide comprehensive understanding and equip team members with valuable insights to enhance their skills and contribute to overall branch success. This is an FSI Member* benefit.
