Branch Goal: Our branch goal was for each teller to either refer or open 10 savings/checking accounts.
Actual Results: We were able to open around 20-25 new savings/checking accounts during this time period.
Decorations Plan: We decorated with lots of flowers. We had strings of flowers hanging up. We also had one of our employees make a ton of tissue paper flowers that we hung up around the branch.
Branch Activity: We did flower trivia question games where people were able to come up to our tellers to tell them the answer to the question for a small prize.
