Sorry Not Sorry Employee Game

To start the game you must roll either a 1 or 2.

If you roll a 2, you get to roll again. If you roll a 4, you go back 4 spaces.

If you land on the same space that another person occupies, that person immediately goes back to the start.

How do you earn rolls?

  • 3 aisle marketing in one day = 1 roll
  • 3 PA’s per day = 1 roll
  • 10 Call Trax logs in day = 1 roll
  • 1 referral = 1 roll
  • 1 PPP Sold = 1 roll
  • 1 Application taken = 1 roll
  • 1 Loan engine cross sell with an application = 2 rolls
  • 1 Gap Sold = 2 rolls
  • 1 Checking account added = 1 roll
  • 1 New Household with a checking = 2 rolls
  • 1 Application taken from a cross sell in an app = 2 rolls

MAX 2 ROLLS PER DAY

Each time you have a “man” (your sign here sticker) make it home you will be given a scratch ticket!

If everyone meets their minimum referrals/funded checking accounts for both July and August….YOU GET A SCRATCH OFF CARD.

They created the Sorry Not Sorry Slide-Area as we only had 5 players. The Slide-Area just made the the game a little more interesting with adding the 2 go back to start buttons.

The used “sign here” stickers with names added to keep track of where they were as we don’t have space for actual board play.

The game was played using standard Sorry rules.

We had a big foam die to have the team roll and made a big production at that time making it all the more fun!

This contest resulted in 52 referrals for the branch (branch goal at the time was 25)

Our Call Trax average ended at 28% (branch goal is 3.5%)

We increased our PA’s for an average of 5 per day

Aisle marketing averaged 2 per day

Scratch off portions were purchased from Amazon to create the tickets in-house.

Random items were added where the team ember would either get something such as…

  • a small blizzard from Dairy Queen
  • a small fry from Dairy Queen
  • a Starbucks drink
  • PTO ranging from 10-20 minutes

Also, it included service (give back) items, such as…

  • Bring in a shopping cart from the parking lot
  • Compliment a Safeway employee
  • Randomly teams another CU employee wishing them a great day
  • Compliment a Safeway shopper that is passing by on the shirt they are wearing (I would specify a color)
