Testimonial—Visual Clues

FSI training reinforced the importance of approaching folks in regards to a visual clue for a friendly start-up conversation. I approached Sandy as I saw that she was wearing a Geneva Youth Theatre Guild t-shirt. My children were active in the group when younger, so I am able to converse knowledgeably about my experiences in comparison to hers. I spoke to her about our accounts and loans. While she is currently a member of First Niagara, she may look to us, when they cease operations in Geneva. She have me her address to send follow-up information. Even if she does not open an account, I believe she came away with a positive perception of Reliant, and something might develop in the future.
