One of the big things I took away from training was “Make a Friend…Make a Member.” I closed a loan a few weeks ago and bonded with the member at closing. Now when she calls, she asks for me. She has also opened two youth accounts due to my suggestion. She is in the process of buying a business and is thinking of moving the location so she can have her account here with us (the current location is in Orleans County).
