Citizens National Bank placed pinwheel flowers across the front of their teller line along with fancy eggs hanging from the ceiling and garland as decorations for Easter. They continued by wrapping the back counters and placed the promotion slogan across blue butcher paper. They surrounded the slogan with cut-out eggs and a bunny and added more pinwheel flowers across the back wall to tie it all together.
For their branch activity, they prepare and conduct an egg hunt within the store. Every day they place at least 10 eggs out in the Kroger store with a piece of candy and a business card that says “You have found our Egg-please return it to CNB for a prize and be entered to win a $25 Kroger gift card.” At that time, the customer receives a free CNB gift and is entered to win. The customer participation and reaction has been a BIG hit! Every day it brings non-CNB customers/shoppers to the branch and gives them multiple opportunities to tell them about the bank.
