One of the organizations SAC partnered with was TeamMates. In-Store employees had the opportunity to purchase a TeamMates mentoring shirt to wear on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Proceeds went directly to this organization.
Some in-store employees were already mentors within the community. Aside from the information staff provided to the membership, SAC also encouraged employees to become involved.
SAC FCU partnered with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, TeamMates Mentoring, and many other community programs. Brochures, business cards, and posters were on display for these organizations.
Branch Goal: Aside from sales goals, the ultimate goal was to raise awareness to mentoring programs available within the community.
Actual Results: One organization, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, gave Twitter praise and recognition to SAC.
