My major “come talk to us” moment after an FSI training was not in the branch but rather while I was out on lunch getting my hair cut. The hair stylist, Kelly, was talking about her son and some issues he was having with the financial institution he is currently using and I was able to discuss the products and services that we offer. I had to get back so I told her that I would be back after work to bring her some cards so that her son could come in to talk to us or call. When I walked in she looked at me and said, “Oh, you remembered me.”
