In Brockport last week I was on my way back from lunch and was stopped by a Wal-Mart shopper. He is a regular in the store but we have never talked to him before. He stopped me to ask where he knew me from. I informed him that I work at the credit union here in the store and he said, “Ah, yes, that’s where I’ve seen you.” We had a nice chat about Reliant, and about his cats. I invited him back to chat with us some more and he said he would. By being casual and just trying to get to know people, I have been able to have more conversations about Reliant recently than I have in the past.
