SCCU Kart
Refer as many AUTO loans as possible to get around the track. There will be a total of four different tracks. Each track is an opportunity to win that particular race. 1ST 2ND and 3RD on each track earns you extra points toward your referred goal that helps your overall standing. Just like the real Mario Kart there will be opportunities to get random weapon boxes to help regain the lead. Examples: Red turtle, Bananas, Mushrooms etc.. You will find that mystery boxes can help you through the race to get back in the lead or maintain the lead, so use them CAREFULLY!
Fall Decorating Contest
This branch contest helped promote teamwork and friendly competition in our 3 in-store branches. Each branch was challenged to decorate in a fall theme. The branch who was most creative with the best display of our products and services won a branch prize (lunch). I reached out to non-in-store employees to help me with judging. Pictures of the branches available. They did a great job!

Post-It Note Competition
All in-store branches had a friendly competition to create a Western themed mural of at least 8′ x 8′ made entirely of Post-it Notes. Post-it notes could be taped and folded but NOT cut. Each branch submitted designs for senior management to vote on. This contest was very eye catching and it was fun to see the creative pieces that each branch came up with.
